Trans Equality Together is a coalition working to create an Ireland
where trans and non-binary people are equal, safe and valued. The
objectives of the coalition are to:
* Promote positive attitudes towards trans and non-binary people;
* Counter the negative and false messages about trans people that
have been circulating in recent years; and
* Advocate for policy and legislative changes that will improve the
lives of trans people and make Ireland a more equal society for all.
Trans Equality Together is led by TENI, Belong To and LGBT Ireland.
Alongside these three lead organisations, there are **Apply on the

The Campaign Coordinator will focus on achieving the goals and
objectives of the coalition including mobilising new member,
membership care, media engagement and event management. The campaign
coordinator will be employed by Belong To and will work solely on the
objectives Trans Equality Together. This role offers an exciting
opportunity to help build a new coalition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
* Rollout a mobilisation strategy aimed at identifying and engaging a
diverse range of stakeholders to support Trans Equality Together.
* Draft press statements and social media content on behalf of the
Coalition.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders through regular
updates, events and other campaign activities.
* Organise and support regular meetings of Coalition members.
* Develop written reports which document and analyse the key outputs
and outcomes of the project including all necessary funding reports.
* Coordinate nationwide safe spaces workshop spaces.
